About Prime Pools and Spa
Prime Pools and Spa is a full-service pool company. We build custom pools and spas, renovate and resurface older ones, repair what is broken, and keep pools clean week after week. One company, from the first sketch to the Saturday you finally swim.
We work in a simple order. We come to your home and look first. Then we send an itemized written estimate that shows what is included and what is not. A small booking deposit holds your spot, and after that each payment follows work actually done on site.
Our office is at 4700 Millenia Blvd, Suite 500, Orlando, FL 32839. We serve Orlando to Miami, including Central Florida, the Space Coast, the Treasure Coast, Palm Beach, Broward and Miami-Dade. Call or text (689) 225-1200 and we will confirm your address.

How we work
We look before we price
Soil, water table, access and what is already in the ground change the work. So we see the site before we put a number on it.
Everything itemized, in writing
Each part of the job is listed with a clear description. Each piece has its own number, and nothing hides inside a lump sum.
Payments follow the work
A small booking deposit holds your spot. After that you pay in stages as work happens on site. No crew working, no payment due.
We say what is not included
The estimate names what is outside the price, so surprises are rare. If something unexpected turns up, we explain it before we continue.
We finish properly
Start-up, water balancing, brushing and an equipment walk-through come after a new finish. The job is done when the pool is ready to use.
Same checklist every weekly visit
Skim, brush, vacuum, baskets, water test, equipment check. Where your address is on a route, you get the same standard every week.
