What happens after you send it?
We read your request and any photos, then call or text to pick a time for the visit. The visit is free. After it, you receive an itemized estimate: each part of the work, the total, and a plain list of what isn't included.
Want to speed things up? Text photos of the pool, the waterline and the equipment pad to (689) 225-1200. For a new pool, a photo of the yard from the back door and a copy of your property survey help a lot.
Helpful to have ready
None of this is required: the rough size of the pool or yard, when the pool was last resurfaced, whether an HOA reviews exterior changes, any screen enclosure, and what you've noticed (rough spots, stains, loose tile, a pump that's loud, water that keeps dropping).
How paying works
No large deposit. A small booking deposit, usually under 5% of the project, reserves your place; drawings are paid when ordered; then you pay in stages as the work happens. More on the FAQ page.
