The list shows the cities with their own page, not every place we go. Plenty of neighboring towns between Orlando and Miami are covered too. Call or text your address and what you need, and we'll tell you right away whether it's a fit. For weekly cleaning we also check that you're on one of our routes.

Why the city matters for a pool

Inland, much of the ground is sand over limestone, the water table sits high and some areas are prone to sinkholes, so soil and drainage get attention before anyone digs. Near the ocean, salt air is hard on stone, metal and equipment. In Miami-Dade and Broward, anything attached to the house, like a screen enclosure, falls under the state's strictest wind code. Add HOA review in most planned communities and a different permit office in every city and county, and two pools a few miles apart can need very different plans.
