What our customers say
This page shows real reviews only, quoted word for word with the customer's permission and linked to where they were posted. There are none here yet. We'd rather show nothing than show something we wrote ourselves.
How to vet a pool contractor in Florida
Read reviews for details, not stars: what work was done, whether the crew kept its schedule, how a problem got handled, and how the pool looked a season later. Then check the paperwork yourself.
- Favor specific reviews. "They replaced our coping and the new pebble finish came out even" says more than "Great job!"
- Read the one-star reviews. Every company gets some. Look at how the owner replied and whether the issue was fixed.
- Get it itemized, in writing. Finish, tile, coping, deck and equipment should each be a line, with a list of what's excluded.
- Watch the deposit. A large payment before any work starts is a risk to you. Our booking deposit is usually under 5%, and the rest is paid as work happens.
- Check the state record and insurance. Florida contractor licenses can be looked up at myfloridalicense.com. Ask any contractor for a current certificate of insurance before work starts.
