How a design visit works
Your sketch is a starting point. The real design comes from your yard, your sun and how you want to use the water.
- A free visit to your homeWe measure, look at access, drainage and sun, and talk through your design and budget. No cost, no obligation.
- An itemized proposal in writingEvery part of the build is listed with its price, so you can see exactly what you are paying for and adjust it.
- You pay as the work happensA small booking deposit, usually under 5%, then payments tied to finished stages of construction.
